Pots in metal

I had show you examples before of pots and vases in ceramic and concrete, and oall of different stiles.


Here is a couple of big pots made of metal, with huge flowers in the vase.


And the photo here is taken outside Krusenberg castle just outside Knivsta and close to Uppsala.

Summer in the window

Just some greetings from me here in Sweden, summer in the window. Just some summer flowers in a window, flowers that I picked up outside in the wild.


And the wase is from my mother Gunvor, mad in ceramic, as usual. Just love to use it.

Blue and white in a vase

Today in my dining room. The white ones are peonies and they have a lovely perfume. The blue ones I don't really know what thay are called, there is two different ones I have in my garden.


Blue and white go well together. The most important thing is that they look lovely in a vase.


And here you have som lovely jasmines, they have such a lovely perfume.

Peonies in a vase

This is just to cheer you all up a bit, it is still raining a lot here in Sweden, so I just took in these lovely flowers in a vase.



They are red Peonies - Pioner in Swedish. A red Peony it's all you need. They are lovely flower in my opinion.

In my window

Here is to all of you! A vase full of perfumed Lilac's, or Syringa Vulgaris as it is called in latin.



Love those - take them inside as soon as I can. The vase is old and come from my family.
We call the flower's Syren.

And some more flowers

Here is some more lovely flowers to remind us about spring and summer to come.




How about some lovely red tulips? Now they are gone, but I had them for Easter.
This is the time to endulge in flowers, so I give you one more photo that reminds me of warmer times.

A bit closer to christmas

We just celebrated Advent yesterday and lit the first candle. And the we hung up the lights in our flagpole. One step closer to christmas.




But then you can start dream about the spring. So here I bring you some flowers I usually pick just after the snow has left the roadside. 
Here is one vase with tussilago, coltsfoot. 



And as usual it is a piece of art from my mother Gunvor. Made in ceramics.
