Happy Easter to you all!

This is so Swedish around the time for Easter - twigs with colored feathers. These are from a flower stall in Stockholm that sold them some day's ago.

With these photos I hope you will have a wounderful Easter with family and friends. Or all by yourself if you prefer that!

Shop's in Thailand & India

The first photo is from a 7 Eleven store in Thailand, in Kamala Beach in the tourist island of Phuket.

There you could found a hot sandwich and a cold drink for a little less than 1 Euro. And a lot of other stuff that you need on a daily basis.

And here you have a shopping street in India, in Goa, a completely diffrent place, but you still had a lot of options to shop.

Hands on cross

My late mother Gunvor made some amazing art in her life, this one is one of them.

Love this sculpture with the hands - united on the cross. Helping, caring and loving hands. Is is just what we all need in these days!!

My glass collection

I love old things, like this collection of glass carafes that I placed on an antique mirror tray in the dining room.

Some are torn here and there, but I use them anyhow, when I decant wine for example.

Faces on the wall

My mother Gunvor made a lot of self portraits during the years, from her youth to some more recent.

She put them up on a wall before her death some years ago. I left them there as a memory of her.

A dessert...

Last week I was in Copenhagen, Denmark, with my colleges from work, to work. But we had a really nice time too, we ate at the trendy Ködbyens Fiskebar.

We ate mussles, fish and then this dessert with chocolate ice cream and much more. Looks lie a piece of art to me.

Candle now inside the house

Just some days ago I wrote about my late mother Gunvors art - this time a little building that was made for a candle.

Here it is again, the house is made of ceramic and glass. Now with a candle inside.
